Delivery Information
About delivery method
We will ship your order via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin or Nekopos.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.
About shipping by Nekopos
- Nekopos is a service provided by Yamato Transport that delivers small packages to your mailbox.
- This applies when your order only contains small parts such as gaskets.
Shipping/Delivery Dates
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Depending on parts availability, it may take more than a week to ship.
- Delivery may be delayed due to various reasons such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, long holidays, the New Year holidays, and other circumstances.
Delivery time
Delivery time: Delivery can be made at the time specified by Yamato Transport.
You can choose from the following times: morning, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 7pm-9pm.
- Since "Nekoposu" is delivered to your mailbox, you cannot specify a delivery time.
- In some areas, time zone selection may not be available.
About delivery address
Please specify the delivery address on the order screen. If you have registered your address in advance, your registered address will be displayed.
If you have registered multiple addresses, you can select from them.
If you wish to change your address, please edit your registered address or register by clicking "Add a new address."
- Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan only.
- If you are unable to receive the item due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, we will cancel your order after confirming the return to us. If you still need the item, please place a new order.
About forwarding
If the delivery address is changed (forwarded) from that specified when placing your order, additional shipping charges will be incurred when you receive the item.

If the shipping method is Nekopos, forwarding is not possible.
Shipping costs for forwarding will be borne by the customer.
Payment Method
Payment Method
When placing your order, please select your preferred payment method on the shopping cart screen.
Credit card
The following credit cards are accepted:
Visa・Mastercard・American Express・JCB・Diners Club・Discover
Payment will be confirmed after your order is completed.
If you wish to cancel before shipping, your payment will be refunded via your credit card company. Please note that depending on the timing of your billing date, a charge will be made once and then the refund will be processed. Refunds will be made via your card company in the month following the billing date or the month after, and will appear as a "negative" amount on your card company statement (depending on the card company).
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form on the website.
Convenience store payment
Available at the following convenience stores:
Lawson, Ministop, Family Mart, Daily Yamazaki, Yamazaki Daily Store, Seico Mart
Once your order is complete, please check the number you will be notified of and make your payment at your preferred convenience store.
Please note that it may take some time for the item to be delivered as it will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. If you wish to return the item for a refund after paying at a convenience store, the product price will be refunded to your account.

Smartphone payments
For smartphone payments, you can use PayPay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay, and au PAY.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, the product price will be refunded via your PayPay account.

Cash on delivery
Payment is required when the product is delivered. Payment must be made by cash.
Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Japan.
・The maximum cash on delivery amount per payment is 300,000 yen (excluding tax).
About receipts
Receipts vary depending on your payment method.
The receipt issued by our company can be used as a qualified invoice.
Credit card and smartphone payment
Once your order has been shipped, you can print out a receipt from the order confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can print the receipt yourself by going to My Page > Order History, selecting the order number in question, and clicking the "Print receipt" button.
Convenience store payment
The "receipt" or "invoice" issued by each convenience store and the delivery details included with the product will serve as invoice-compliant receipts.
If you require a receipt from our company, we will exchange it for a "receipt" or "invoice" issued by any convenience store, so please contact us using the inquiry form.
Cash on delivery
The delivery slip issued by the shipping company and the delivery details included with the product will serve as your invoice-compatible receipt.
If you require our receipt, we will exchange it for a shipping slip, so please contact us via the inquiry form.

Regarding shipping charges
postage
If your order total is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more in one transaction, we will cover the shipping costs anywhere in Japan.
If the order amount for one transaction is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), the following applies:
●If you register as a member and log in to purchase, shipping costs will be 330 yen (tax included).
●If you purchase without registering as a member or logging in If you choose delivery by courier, the shipping fee will be 550 yen (tax included).
If you choose delivery by Nekopos, the shipping fee will be 330 yen (tax included).
*If you specify a delivery time or purchase by cash on delivery, delivery will be by courier regardless of the parts you order.
Cash on delivery fee
Each order costs 330 yen (tax included).
Returns and defective products
Returns Policy
Please contact us via the inquiry form on the website within 7 days of receiving the part and return it to us.
However, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Parts that are scratched or damaged for reasons beyond our control
- Parts that have been delivered for more than 7 days without any contact from you
- Parts that have been used once
- Parts that have been opened
In case of defective products
If the delivered part is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form on the website within 7 days of receiving the part and return it to us.
In case of customer convenience
In the event of a return due to customer convenience, such as accidentally purchasing a part of a different size, we will only refund the cost of the part if it is unused and in good condition.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will refund the cost of the parts once we have received them.

Special-Format Email Addresses in Use — Not RFC Compliant
If you are using a special-format email address (not compliant with RFC), you will not be able to register as a member. Additionally, you will not be able to use the online store. We kindly request that customers using such email addresses consider registering with a different one.
Examples of Special-Format Email Addresses (Not compliant with RFC)
- In cases where there is a period (.) immediately before the at symbol (@), such as '.@'
For Example: tiger.@****.ne.jp - In cases where there is a period (.) at the start of the email address
For Example: .tiger@****.ne.jp - In cases where there are consecutive periods (..) before the at symbol (@)

Convenience store payment
If you choose convenience store payment, you can use the following convenience stores.
Please note that it may take several days for your order to arrive as it will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations after payment has been made.
Lawson / Family Mart / Daily Yamazaki / Ministop / Seico Mart
How to use
- Enter your "reception number" (or "customer number") and "confirmation number" at the Lawson/FamilyMart/Ministop/SeicoMart convenience store terminal and complete the procedure. Then take the "application ticket" issued by the terminal to the cash register and make your payment.
- Please present the "payment slip number" and "online payment number" obtained when completing your order at the Daily Yamazaki register to make payment.
The above numbers will be sent to the email address you entered when placing your order. The order confirmation screen will also show our payment system name "KOMOJU." Please also note that the transfer account name on the payment screen will be "DEGICA."
(If you have LINE notifications enabled, you can also receive them via LINE.)
*If you use an email address for a smartphone or mobile phone such as ezweb.ne.jp, i.softbank.jp, docomo.ne.jp, or au.com, we may not be able to deliver the email depending on your reception settings. Please make sure to enter your PC email address.
Precautions
- The deadline for payment at a convenience store is within 10 days from the date of your order.
- If payment is not confirmed by the payment due date (23:59:59), your order will be cancelled.
- A separate flat fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged for convenience store payments.
- As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after payment. If you cancel your order after payment for any reason, the transaction fees incurred at the time of payment will not be refunded. Please note that only the product price (+ shipping fee) will be refunded.
- We do not send transfer slips or payment slips.
- The payment slip issued by the convenience store will be your receipt. Please note that we cannot issue receipts from your My Page or handwritten receipts individually.
- If you wish to return the product for a refund, the product price will be refunded to your designated account.
- If the total amount to be paid in one package exceeds 272,727 yen (299,999 yen including tax), convenience store payment cannot be used.
Please use credit card payment.
About smartphone payments
How to use
For smartphone payments, you can use PayPay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay, and au PAY.
If you are using a smartphone, when you select one of the payment methods, PayPay, Merpay, Rakuten Pay, or au PAY, on a smartphone with the corresponding payment app installed, your account will automatically be opened (in the case of Rakuten Pay, you will be redirected to the Rakuten Pay website) and you can complete the payment.
If you are using a PC, a QR code will be displayed. By scanning it with a smartphone that has the relevant payment app installed, your account will be opened (in the case of Rakuten Pay, you will be redirected to the Rakuten Pay website) and you can complete the payment.
