- Cash on delivery
You will have to make payment when receiving the ordered parts.
*If the total amount of payment is over 300,000 yen (including tax and shipping charge), you cannot select cash on delivery.
- Payment at convenience store
You can pay at any of the following convenience stores.
Lawson/Ministop, FamilyMart, Daily Yamazaki/Yamazaki Daily Store, Seiko Mart, Seven-Eleven
*If the total amount of payment is over 300,000 yen (including tax and shipping charge), you cannot select payment at convenience store.

Required payment other than parts cost
- Shipping charge
330 yen (including tax) or 550 yen (including tax) per payment. If your order amount is 5,500 yen or more (including tax), you can enjoy free shipping no matter where the destination is.
For details, refer to the User Guide.
*If the total amount of your orders is 5,500 yen or more but the amount of each order is less than 5,500 yen (including tax), you will be charged for shipping of each order.
- Cash on delivery fee
A single fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged additionally if you select cash on delivery
- Payment at convenience store fee
A single fee of 220 yen (including tax) will be charged additionally if you select payment at convenience stores.
Parts delivery time

The ordered parts are usually delivered about one week after the receipt of the order.
- Payment at convenience store (advance payment)
The ordered parts are usually delivered about one week after the confirmation of the payment
*It may take more than one week depending on the inventory status of the parts or the delivery destination.
*The delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters and traffic situations and various reasons including a long holiday season, the New Year holidays, and others.
Parts delivery method
Delivery will be made by express home delivery service.

*We only ship within Japan.
Returns and Defective Parts
- Returns
When you return the received parts for your personal reason, we will refund your payment only if the product is unused and intact.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, we will refund the price of the returned parts after we confirm the arrival of the returned parts.
- Return due date
Contact us via the inquiry form on the website or by phone within 7 days of receiving the parts.
However, we cannot accept returns in any of the following cases:
- Parts damaged for a reason not attributable to us
- Parts for which at least 7 days have passed without any notification given to us since their arrival
- Parts that have already been used
- Parts whose packages have been opened
- Defective parts
If any of the parts delivered are defective, contact us via the inquiry form on the website or by phone within 7 days of receiving the parts.
